Although we will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as bad weather, service interruptions, etc.), it will take more time to fulfill the delivery, and we greatly appreciate your patience.

Holiday Shipping Notice:

During the holiday season, major shipping carriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx are experiencing high shipment volumes, which may cause occasional delays. We're working closely with our logistics partners to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Shipping Country/Region:

Due to the special nature of drones, drones and their related accessories are strictly controlled, and even banned in some countries. Therefore, we need to spend more time matching the right logistics service provider to ensure the stability and safety compliance of delivery. We support global delivery, except for a few areas (such as military control areas). For remote areas, we will also try our best to choose the right logistics company for delivery, but this will also result in more delivery costs and longer delivery time.

Order Processing:

We will process the order within 3 working days after the order payment is made. If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be extended.

Shipping costs will be automatically deducted at checkout based on your shipping address. Please check the checkout page for specific fees.

During major sales events, order processing times will be extended.

Shipping method: China Post/UPS/DHL/FedEx (Shipping takes about 7-15 Business Days)

Orders Tracking:

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.
