After I pay, when will my order be processed?
After you pay, we usually process your order within 3 days. In case of large promotions, orders will be processed in the order of payment.

Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from Shenzhen, China, but we will soon establish warehouses in Europe and America, and then we will arrange shipment from the nearest warehouses.

Because drones are regulated in some countries, our logistics service providers are not fixed. We will choose to cooperate with safe, fast and reliable logistics service providers.
How to solve customs duties and customs clearance issues?
We and our cooperating logistics service providers will handle the tariff and customs clearance issues, so you don’t have to pay any tariffs.
After shipment, how long does it take to be delivered?
Due to the particularity of drones, we need to match logistics service providers according to the delivery address, so it is difficult to clearly guarantee the delivery time, but most countries can arrive within 7-15 days.

There are so many models, how can I choose the one that suits me best?
We are currently creating a page for model information and feature comparison. The details page for each model also details the features of each model for your reference. If you really can’t make up your mind, you can contact customer service for help choosing a purchase.
Are there any discounts on prices?
A discount event that will always be available is a 20% discount for new user subscriptions. Other discounts are basically not provided unless there are promotions or promotions for some models.
